A Chisel is a tool used to craft some of the hardest materials, which for us, represent life's toughest challenges and uphill battles. The Chisel can be traced back to the Egyptian civilizations and has been used in all cultures to creating some of the greatest feats of mankind.

Chisel was chosen as an acronym to represent this organization because of its versatility and ability to be used on some of the most detailed finished works of art. Our services will be able to span the gambit from the roughest youth to providing finishing touches on our future's brightest minds.

CHISEL envisions our community full of healthy, emotionally whole, individuals and young adults pursuing their educational, academic, and vocational self-set goals surrounded by caring supportive adults who rally to assist and cheer on their successes. CHISEL works with community partners and others to collectively elevate our entire community through creating opportunities in education, health, career, finance, and life success.

It was chosen to represent our organization because of its versatility and ability to be used multiple ways on many kinds of firm and very delicate materials creating structure and beauty, like our services in the lives of those we work with.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Jerome Ward is the innovative leader and brain child behind C.H.I.S.E.L and is constantly looking to assist youth primarily between the ages of 18-25 who may need support and assistance beyond traditional resources.

TO PROFOUND OPPORTUNITIES
CHISEL was able to employ more than 70 individuals at a PGA Tour held in Rochester, NY. They were also able to meet and network with professional athletes.
